The meeting registration fee covers the opening (Saturday evening) reception, lunches on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, coffee breaks, and abstract booklet, in addition to admission to all technical sessions.

On-Site Hotel Registration (Westin Prince Hotel)

Meeting registration (authorization) must accompany or precede on-site hotel registration in order to guarantee on-site housing accomodation.  A very favorable room rate of CDN$165 (at current exchange rates approximately US$104) per night (single or double) has been negotiated with the Westin Prince Hotel, one of the premier convention hotels in the Toronto area.  All room rates are subject to additional  taxes, currently a 12% surcharge (for a total per night charge of CDN$185).  An additional person fee of CDN$20 applies for more than two people sharing a room.  Rooms may be upgraded to the Club Level for an additional CDN$40.  These rates are valid three days pre/post conference.

On-site hotel reservations may be made by calling the Westin Prince Hotel directly at 1-416-444-2511 or 1-800-268-7677, by sending a fax to 1-416-444-9597, or by sending an e-mail to reservations@torontoprince.com.  Please request the group rate for the Particles 2003 Conference.  A deposit equal to the first night's room and tax is required by 1 June 2003.  Room deposits are fully refundable if cancelled up to five (5) days prior to arrival.  On-site hotel reservations and deposit authorization may also be made using the linked registration form.
